Cold water therapy is a recovery technique used by athletes and individuals looking to reduce muscle soreness and inflammation after physical activity.
The minimum temperature for an ice bath is generally regarded as 5C with beginners starting between 10-15C and gradually working down. Our Chill Tubs will maintain the water temperature between 3-38C allowing you to set what is right for you and get the most out of your experience.

Accessories and extras
Just like our Endless Pools, Chill Tubs are very easy to use and maintain.
It is important that you only use Chill Tabs sanitiser tablets in your ice bath. Conventional chlorine tablets for hot tubs have much higher levels of chlorine in them, can damage the stainless tub and will invalidate your warranty.
Because cold water is more resistant to bacterial growth, one tablet twice a week will keep your tub clean and fresh. It is easier to dissolve the Chill Tab in a small amount of warm water before adding it to your tub.
The tub filter is very easy to change and can be cleaned out and re-used as required. Spare filters are always in stock should you need them.
It is advisable to turn your tub off whilst changing the filter to minimise debris being pulled through the circulation system.
