Swimming Machines
The Endless Pools swimming machine, where the whole concept began, features a steel-panel pool with swim current and acrylic return channels to provide a world-class counter-current swimming experience.
Its modular, steel-panel construction means that an Endless Pool is versatile enough to fit almost anywhere – even in places where you didn’t think you could put a pool – and customisable to complement any aesthetic.
Utilising Endless Pools' unique Hydrodrive technology we are able to offer four different pools within the range. With the exception of the Hydrodrive Pro and Hydrodrive Dual models, all of the pools have the same standard internal size of 7' wide,14' long and 42" deep (2.13m x 4.26m x 1.07m). The pools are graded in maximum speed, measured in time per 100m. All pools have a lowest speed of a very gentle 4:02/100m.
Hydrodrive
The single-propeller, 5hp system stands head and shoulders above any other swim current. It is wider than your body, deeper than your stroke and easily adjusts from a gentle flow to a vigorous 1:14/100m pace. With none of the turbulence of jetted systems, the signature current delivers an effective swim/aerobic workout for most fitness levels.
Hydrodrive Plus
The swim current in the Hydrodrive Plus is only quicker by three seconds at 1:11/100m
However, that current is also slightly wider and a bit deeper. While the Hydrodrive Plus uses exactly the same 5hp motor as the standard Hydrodrive unit it has two 16" impellers rather than one. The result is a much smoother and physically bigger current to give a swimming experience which is more forgiving for those of us who might struggle to keep a centre line.
Hydrodrive Pro
Superficially, this looks the same as the other models but it is what is inside that counts. The Hydrodrive Pro model is engineered in such a way that it delivers a 0:55/100m pace without churning the water into an unusable mess. While it's certainly not for the fainthearted, this is the fastest and smoothest swim current in the world.
Hydrodrive Dual
Why keep the pool all to yourself or train on your own? In the Hydrodrive Dual pool, two can swim side by side at their own individual pace.
This pool essentially puts two standard Hydrodrive swim currents in the same body of water. Each current works independently and therefore has its own 5hp motor. Because of the way the swimming water is processed, there isn't the option to upgrade the speed of the swim currents but both will deliver up to 1:14/100m.
